Nothing is charged now. Rates are confirmed with you, and you settle up beachside when we gear you up.

Waiver & safety agreement

Please confirm each of the following before participating in the Sea Scooter Experience.

• I understand this activity involves water-based risks and I participate entirely at my own risk.
• I understand the sea scooter is NOT a life saving device and must not be relied on for flotation or rescue purposes.
• I confirm I am physically fit, confident in the water, and able to swim and snorkel without assistance.
• I agree to immediately inform Sea Pace staff of any injuries, allergies, medical conditions, breathing conditions, physical limitations, or health concerns before participating.
• I understand participation may not be suitable for individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medication, or any condition that may impair judgment or physical ability.
• I agree to follow all staff instructions, safety briefings, and designated riding boundaries at all times.
• I understand reckless, unsafe, dangerous, or irresponsible behaviour may result in immediate termination of my session without refund.
• I understand late returns may incur additional charges.
• I understand I will be held responsible for intentional, reckless, negligent, or careless damage caused to equipment during my session.
• I understand Sea Pace accepts no responsibility or liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, death, personal property loss, or incidents resulting from failure to follow instructions, unsafe behaviour, environmental conditions, or misuse of equipment.
• I acknowledge ocean and lagoon conditions can change unexpectedly, including currents, coral, marine life, weather, and visibility conditions.
• I understand participation is voluntary and I accept all associated risks connected with this activity.
• I confirm I have read, understood, and agreed to all information above before participating in the Sea Scooter Experience.
